Welcome to Zanzan-Eat, where every dish tells a story of love, tradition, and passion for food. Our head chef, Anjali, discovered her love for cooking as a teenager, nurtured on a secluded farmhouse in Nashik — far from markets and restaurants — where creative, ancestral recipes were her daily art.
During a visit to London, Anjali became a second mother to friends of her daughter Pooja, earning the affectionate title "Aai" as she lovingly prepared fresh, homemade meals. It was Pooja's friends who first wished there were a restaurant where they could enjoy her home cooking anytime — planting the seed for what would become Zanzan-Eat.
When Anjali moved to Abu Dhabi, she saw a deep need for authentic home-cooked Maharashtrian food. With the full support of her family, Zanzan-Eat was born — a place where authentic flavors and heartfelt cooking come together to offer you an exceptional dining experience.
